When initially speaking with Alisha Boss I told her what I was looking for in an agent. She checked all the boxes. Punctual, polite, aggressive; but not too aggressive, diligent, and always positive.

She was perfect in every aspect of the process. Very natural at pushing the process forward, keeping things organized, communicating, and servicing all aspects of the listing and sales process. Basically; I just had to keep the house clean.

I met Robert Stanley through a referral from my nephew. Robert had sold my nephew a home many years ago, and my nephew called upon Robert to sell that same home. I cannot envision a better referral than one where a relative buys and then sells a home through the same broker. When the time came for me to sell my home in the same area, I immediately asked my nephew who had sold his home for him and if he would recommend him to me. Without any hesitation, Robert's name slipped across my nephew's lips with high praise. I never sought anyone else, and I'm exceedingly pleased with that decision. I'm moving to Oklahoma and can only hope there is a clone of Robert out there.

Mrs.Ponda ,sales delivery,sales campaign advertising, online advertising and inspections of the property with the best estimate of the property and the closing of the property in a quickly timely manner was excellent.

Cheryl was fantastic. She understood exactly what I wanted, kept me consistently updated. And was concise in her assessment of the property and his worth. Within 16 hours the property, we had four offers. Within 24 hours the property was under contract. I have sold a number of properties in this by far, what is the easiest and smoothest closing. I would highly recommend Cheryl to anyone buying or selling a home!!!
